How do you sell a product with the wrong id number but not have customer support staff 24/7 to help you with the problem. or working e-mail to get help it makes you remove other spy-ware to run the program then tells you your id number no good so you have to reload everything you deleted all over again wasting your time

I installed Fix It Utilities about a month ago on my computer. I wanted to wait about a month or so before posting a review. It was very easy to install and it is user friendly. It does take some time at first since it is running updates and scanning your computer for any viruses. It also cleans out your registry which over time fills up with clutter. A friend of mine recently sent me a link to a video she wanted me to view and as soon as I clicked on the link a trojan virus was also attached. I was scared to lose everything I have and at the same time very surprised at how fast Fix It Utilities picked it up and started to work on it immediately. I can now say it has been about 2 weeks since that incident and my computer is running great. I think it is a good investment if you want to keep your computer healthy and running for a long time.

I tried this on two systems, both of which had errors, and didn’t get any help from support. Just forget this version.

Fix It Utilities Review

My husband is always looking things up on the internet when he has to fix something. He says this software solves alot of research he has to do and simplifies research for him. He gave it 4 stars

I have used Fix-It Utilities through many iterations. In both versions 8 and 9 the defrag software would not work and the antivirus tables would not update from the very beginning. Avantquest makes it very difficult to get any customer support for the product. I would advise against anyone buying this software until Avantquest decides to fix the problems with the software so it will work generically with any computer system. I also would not even consider this software anymore until the decide to open direct phone or IM communications with the company for customer support. Without these fixes this software is just so much junk and virtually worthless.
